Paul arrived on time and was professional the whole time. You didn’t feel like he was hanging around and explained how to use the both properly and effectively and let the guests use it to their hearts content. The event went very well thank you, The operator provided was on time, very polite as well as helpful. Ollie was a pleasure on the day and was very understanding when it came to waiting until we’d received a final instruction. The booth was up by 1pm (as discussed) and the operator did a good job in sticking to the time frame. I definitely think it was good value for money and would recommend your company. Paul provided a 5 star service! The whole booking process was very easy and even down to decorating the border and everything, he explained it and made it very easy to just arrange and do.
We hired the photo booth for a surprise anniversary party and therefore had loads going on, and I was unable to be by the photo booth the whole time. Paul came, set himself up and kept the photo booth going the whole time, making it very stress- free!
Definitely recommend the company & will be using them again for any upcoming events!

I was looking for a photo booth for my hubby’s birthday party and my google search came up with, amongst others, Vivid. I was immediately captivated by the funky website which was both interesting to read and informative. I emailed them and they responded with full details of hiring the booth, detailing options for hiring and their personalisation options too. Each email sent was dealt with promptly and fully - this company is obviously run by people who really understand their customers and have fantastic customer service.
On the evening, Oliver our operative turned up bang on time and was polite and courteous, clean and tidy. The booth was clean and fully equipped with loads of props. We got a personalised guest book and memory stick and the prints were customised exactly as arranged.
The photo booth enhanced our fab evening, the company were marvellous to deal with and I would highly recommend them.
