Guest book.

All celebration & wedding bookings receive a designer guest book (corporate bookings upon request only) . Our guest books are superb quality. We offer wedding clients a luxury white wedding book with sliver ring binders. Celebration events receive a black book with gold engraving and ribbon tie.

Double prints / Unlimited prints

All Vivid Booths bookings offer unlimited booth visits - this means that there is no limit to the amount of times that your guests can visit the booth during your booking period.

All attended photo booths packages offer a ‘double prints’ service. Guests will receive 2 x postcard size photo prints (or 4 x passport size ‘strip’ prints) per booth visit.

Unlimited prints’ is included in certain packages or as an optional extra - The ‘unlimited prints’ service offers up to 6 x postcard size photo prints (12 x passport size), plus one more for the guest book. This ensures that every guest receives a photo, each time they use the booth (booth capacity is 6 persons).

Green Screen

Green screen is included in certain packages, and is also available as an extra. Green screen allows a superimposed image to be used as a background to your inset photos. Look at the example picture to the left, from a Grad ball we attended. The girls are actually in front of a reflective ‘green screen’ curtain, and not an ornate gold staircase! Guests can choose between a range of images before they take the pictures. Green screen operation varies between booths & mirrors so please check your unit requirements in the ‘our booths’ section.

Operational hours and idle time

Vivid Booths initial hire period is priced at a minimum period of 3 hours. This period does not include the time taken to set up and dismantle your booth. Therfore, you will always have 3 hours use from the booth regardless of how long we take to set up. Additional hours hire are available in your booking options.

Idle time is charged during scheduled service breaks - if you want the booth closed during speeches / dinner for example. Idle time is also charged if you require the booth to be set up for a period of time, in advance of your operational hours.

Print design.

Choose from 100’s of different templates when you book your booth with us! We’ve got a design just right for your event, and we customise all the prints with your personal message and add your logo / artwork if required.

The Vivid Booth print designer service is included in certain packages or as an extra. Our designer will work with you on any specifically detailed designs / layouts that you may have.

Props

Vivid Booths provide a prop box for guests to use at all events. Themed props to suit a specific event can be supplied at additional cost. You are welcome to provide your own props. We supply dress-up hats, wigs, glasses, boas, sign boards, and inflatables.

Attendant

We provide an attendant at all events. Your attendant will set up / dismantle and operate your booth. He will wear a clearly marked Vivid Booths shirt and dark trousers / shoes. We can dress down if you wish!

Online Galleries

Online galleries are available to all clients when booking - please request in ‘additional details’ section of the booking form, if you’d like us to send you a gallery link. We can also post gallery link details on to your event photo prints. Within 48hrs, your guests can visit our website and access all the event photos from the password protected ‘online galleries’ page. A great way to share the fun!
