First of all let’s deal with the practicalities. All our booths need to be plugged into mains power (standard 3-pin 13amp domestic power that we all have in our homes). We carry 25M extension cables which is handy if the plug socket is some distance from where you want the booth set up. We will fasten the trailing cable to the floor with removable tape to ensure there is no health & safety risk, but it’s always best to position your booth next to a plug socket if possible.

Many commercial venues will require insurance from all of your suppliers. We carry 10M public liability insurance (PLI) which is sufficient to meet pretty much all UK venues but please double check with yours if you’re not sure. All our equipment is PAT electrical tested and we can supply a copy of our certification alongside our PLI. We can also provide a Risk Assessment Mangement (RAMS) document and Health & Safety form. We are happy to conduct a pre-arranged site visit prior to your event but please note that we may charge a fee for this.

Our photo booths are not waterproof. If you’re event is to be held outside, we kindly ask that you provide a temporary shelter installation such as a Gazebo to protect our photo booths from bad weather. We’d also need to run our (up to 25M) power supply cable to your generator or mains power supply.

How much space do I need to provide for my photo booth. This is a very important consideration and should directly influence your booth selection process. Click on the booth that you are interested in to view dimensions and set-up area provision. The largest booth by volume is the Classic Enclosed Photo Booth. The most compact booth is the Selfie Pod. We provide an optional 6”x2” prop table (covered in black cloth) to furnish your dress-up props and optional guest book. If there isn’t addtional space for this, we can provide the props in a prop box that we’ll leave adjacent to the booth. The optional guest book can be left in a place of your choosing.

Access to your venue space is also a consideration. Our Magic Mirror Photo Booth requires step-free access and is not suitable for anywhere if can’t provide this from the load-in area to the set-up location. If there is just a threshold step to negotiate, then we can manage this with assistance. All other booths can be transported up/down flights of stairs.

It’s important to consider how much time can be allocated for our set up and pack down. It’s a good idea to check with your venue when you can access the venue space on the day if you are hosting your event outside of your own home. All our bookings include arrival time 2hrs before your operational start time. We generally require 90mins to set up your booth and it takes us 60mins to pack down at the end of the hire time. So you’re looking for the best photo booth rental London, but not sure which booth to choose. Firstly let’s talk pictures. Our most popular hires include a photo printing service. We offer a double print service (included with most packages). This provides 2 x postcard size or 4 x passport size photos each time your guests use the photo booth. You can upgrade to our ‘unlimited’ extra for up to 6 x postcard (12 passport) size prints per booth visit. We do not limit the total number of prints in a hire period. Please note : our video booth hire does not include a photo printing option and provides 10 second shareable video clips instead. We offer an optional Social Share Kiosk with all booths that allows guests to share their pictures / video using email or SMS service.

Our photo booths are all designed to be user-operated machines. Guests can operate the booth using the touch screen device and by following very simple on-screen prompts. We provide an operator with all short-term hires who will assist your guests, manage the optional guest booth and ensure that the booth area is clean and tidy. He is also happy to operate the booth as/when desired.

Classic Enclosed photo booth hire London. This is the only fully enclosed photo booth. This means than guests can enter the booth and enjoy complete privacy when posing for photos. It arrives in flat-pack form and is assembled on site. It is highly recommended that this booth is set up alongside a venue perimeter wall and preferably in a corner. The lighting in this booth is fully controlled (because it is fully enclosed and not subject to external light sources), and hence it will generally take the highest quality pictures). It takes a little longer to load-in and set up this booth.

Magic Mirror Photo Booth London. This is a eye catching full size mirror with an illuminated frame and large-area interactive touch screen. This unit is pre-assembled and can be set up a little more quickly than other booths. It’s an open booth so it’s very important to consider where you position this booth to ensure that you have an appropriate backdrop to your photos. We provide backdrops as an extra service to ensure that you have a fantastic background of your choice.

Selfie Pod Hire London. This is also an open booth (see Magic Mirror). This is the most compact photo booth available to hire and if space is an issue, this is the booth for you.
