Project - University Freshers Week 2025

Location - UK wide

Client - Sephora

Brand - The Ordinary

Brief - an eye catching photo booth with priority branding opportunity. Experience must appeal to young adults and each group must be processed quickly due to large footfall and limited time frame.

We created a proposal for a guest-operated traditional photo with an instant photo printing service. The traditional photo booth provides a private space during the photo shoot and enables a brief escape from the intense hustle and bustle of Freshers fair. The experience was most welcome and encouraged the students to relax when taking their photos. Although the booth was self-service, we provided an attendant to manage the footfall as large numbers of students were expected within a limited time frame. The traditional photo booth is the largest booth we have available and consequently, it boasts the largest area for branding. We created a ‘full wrap’ branded design that completely covered the booth in the eye catching silver brand colour of Sephora. We also installed an animanted start screen with custom photo print design.

A comprehensive schedule was finalised and we attended hugely successful events in London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Coventry & Newcastle.

Over 5000 new students enjoyed custom printed photos alongside promotional material from Sephora.

Project - Promotional event with brand sponsor

Client - Grind Coffee Roasters

Brand - Pokemon

Brief - Hello we are looking to hire the Photo Pod on the above date for an event. The event will be 3 hours long, between 11am-2pm. We would like to customise the pod with branded assets and also ensure that the photographs will have branded imagery on it too.

The event was to be held in a retail unit and there was limited time to set up and limited space for the photo booth. We sent over a proposal for our photo pod which takes up minimal space and is quick to load-in and set-up. We sent over several examples of branded photos for approval and we decided upon a branded backdrop as the most suitable and visible branding opportunity.
